About the Scholarship
The Coach Cadillac Harris Scholarship Fund awards need-based scholarships to graduating senior student-athletes who demonstrate academic achievement, athletic commitment, and a desire to pursue higher education. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that every deserving student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a senior at a Virginia Beach, Norfolk, or Chesapeake public high school
- Participated in at least one varsity sport during high school
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Demonstrated financial need
- Plans to enroll in an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical program
- Submission of all required application materials by the deadline

Read through the eligibility criteria carefully to confirm you qualify before beginning your application.
Step 02
Gather Materials
Prepare your official transcript, a letter of recommendation from a coach or teacher, and a personal essay (500 words or less) describing your goals and how Coach Harris inspired you.
Step 03
Submit Application
Complete the application form below and attach all required documents. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Step 04
Selection & Award
Finalists will be notified by email and invited to the Scholarship Gala where awards are presented.
